Grape Varieties: 60% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and 20% Viura
A wine made following the traditional method known as “Sangrado”, where both the grape juice and skins are combined for a brief period of time (4-5 hours approximately). After the process, the juice ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
Rose wine, salmon colours, pale and with orange iridescence. A clear nose where the notes of acid fruits and citrus notes are blended and an aftertaste of peach and grapefruit.
In the mouth, it is fresh and acid, without the edges, elegant with orange and peach notes that mark the aftertaste.
