Viñedos Alonso del Yerro
They look for the phenolic ripeness of the grape and decisions are based on the tasting of grapes. They harvest by hand, make their own coupage at the vineyard and carry out weekly tasting of the grapes to decide on the optimal moment to start harvesting. ONLY when they are absolutely matured, do they then pick the grapes.
Everything in touch with the wine is of premium quality. And for the rest, functionality and usefulness are the rule. They intervene very little, since they respect the natural process of the grape turning into wine. Therefore, every vintage is different. For Viñedos Alonso del Yerro, vinifying means respecting the raw material, the selection of grapes through tasting and the preservation of the expression of their grape.
